The “Gauntlet”

Monkey bars, parallel bars, pull up bars, beer kegs, kettlebells, sleds, ropes and neck-training chains are all here!
This area is controlled by the atmosphere! Our 1,000 square foot inclined, astro-turfed training area also features 600LB, 500LB & 160LB tires to flip, wall balls and even a sledge hammer area for a hard hitting workout! We have 8LB, 10LB, 15LB, 20LB and double sledge hammers at 3LBS and 4LBS. After spending some time in the “Gauntlet” you can return into our climate controlled workout area and continue your cross-training quest on our climbing wall located above the “Sand Pit”. Follow that up with fireman carries and a few minutes on our Tsunami ropes!

Vertical Training Wall

When you vertical train you use your entire body, sight, mind, hands, fingers, wrists, forearms, legs, back and feet all come into play..everything! Don’t let the size fool you! After a few minutes on the “Wall” you will know what it’s all about! Our vertical training wall is located directly above the “sand pit” and is perfect to cross-train on!

You can also grab our MMA 75LB ground and pound dummy and carry it or slam it down on the padded astro turfed area. We also feature a Marpo rope machine and two 50′ 1.5″ and 2.0″ tsunami ropes for endurance and upper body workout! Endo boards are also available in this area.
